## Verdict

Horizon Organic Heavy Whipping Cream is a versatile addition for those who appreciate using heavy cream in various recipes from desserts to coffee. However, some users have reported issues with spoilage and an unpleasant smell, and there's a potential concern for those avoiding carrageenan in their diet. If you can get past these, you'll likely enjoy its rich flavor and long-lasting freshness.

**Top pro:** Excellent for recipes requiring cream and making whipped cream for desserts.
**Top con:** Emitted a bad smell upon opening.
