# TLDR Review: Hoover WindTunnel UH71300 Vacuum *Published: 2025-02-24 | Updated: 2025-02-24 | Source: https://shopsavvy.com/reviews-tldr/hoover-windtunnel-uh71300-vacuum* --- ## Verdict The Hoover WindTunnel Cord Rewind Pro Bagless Upright Vacuum Cleaner is a solid contender if you're looking for powerful suction and versatile cleaning tools. However, be wary of potential issues with long-term suction effectiveness and user convenience features like cord rewind. If ease of maneuverability and handling are top priorities, you might want to look at lighter models with built-in lights for dark areas, but for general cleaning on a budget, this vacuum remains a capable choice. **Top pro:** Powerful suction that effectively tackles pet hair and embedded dirt from carpets. **Top con:** Initial powerful suction diminishes after several uses, leading to ineffective cleaning. ## Product: Hoover WindTunnel UH71300 Vacuum **Brand:** Hoover [Compare prices and price history on ShopSavvy](https://shopsavvy.com/products/hoover-windtunnel-uh71300-vacuum) ## Pros - Powerful suction that effectively tackles pet hair and embedded dirt from carpets. - Works exceptionally well on hard floors without scattering debris, thanks to the scatter guard. - Convenient features like a retractable cord and automatic cord rewind simplify storage and use. - Includes versatile tools and an extendable wand for cleaning tight spaces and areas other vacuums might miss. - Large, see-through canister is easy to detach and empty, minimizing cleaning interruptions. - Multi-floor capability with adjustable height settings caters to both carpet and hard floor surfaces. - Simple assembly process;
