## Verdict

The Herbal Essences Shampoo & Conditioner Set offers a pleasant scent and a silicone-free formula that cleans and conditions effectively for most hair types. However, some customers reported concerns about hair loss and greasiness, especially those with thicker hair. If your hair requires more robust detangling power, you may want to explore other options. Nonetheless, its cruelty-free and paraben-free formulation makes it a good choice for those mindful of these factors in their haircare regimen.

**Top pro:** Pleasant and balanced floral scent without being overpowering.
**Top con:** Average smoothing and detangling performance may not suffice for heavy or semi-thick hair.
