## Verdict

The HART Rolling Chest is a solid choice if you're in need of a portable and durable tool storage solution. The wheels are commendable for easy mobility, although some users wish they were rubber for extra smoothness. Keep in mind that it is not water tight, so it's best kept away from wet conditions. Overall, it's a handy asset for on-the-go projects but make sure to double-check the product upon arrival due to reports of damage.

**Top pro:** Good wheels make it easy to maneuver.
**Top con:** Some users reported the product is not water tight.
