## Verdict

The Gorilla 9 oz. Max Strength Construction Adhesive Clear is a solid choice for those in need of a versatile, strong, and waterproof adhesive. Its exceptional sealing and gripping properties make it worthwhile, especially for outdoor and underwater applications. However, be mindful of potential aging issues and choose wisely if you need a minimal amount. This product is particularly popular for creating long-lasting bonds in challenging environments, but if performance in intense UV conditions is paramount, you might consider the HH-66 as an alternative.

**Top pro:** Highly effective for adhering vinyl to steel in underwater environments.
**Top con:** Performance can be impacted by UV radiation and heat exposure.
