## Verdict

The GE Pro Surge Protector delivers solid surge protection for everyday appliances with a sleek, space-saving design that works well in kitchens and small work areas. However, its lack of a reset button and tendency to trip under minimal load make it less durable and versatile than some shoppers might expect. If you need a surge protector with reset capability or more robust handling of multiple devices at once, you might want to explore other models that offer these features. Still, for light use where style and compactness matter, this could be a fine choice.

**Top pro:** Supports multiple kitchen appliances at the same time without any problems.
**Top con:** The design limits usability of all 6 outlets when larger plugs or adapters are used simultaneously.

## Pros
- Supports multiple kitchen appliances at the same time without any problems.
- Compact and sleek design helps reduce clutter and maximizes counter space.
- Acts as a neat alternative to traditional power strips, minimizing wiring chaos.
- Surge protection effectively guards devices against frequent power surges.
- Includes an indicator that shows when the surge protection has expired, adding a helpful safety check.

- Visually appealing white finish fits well in modern home or office settings.

## Cons
- The design limits usability of all 6 outlets when larger plugs or adapters are used simultaneously.
- Lacks a reset switch, making it basically a single-use surge protector once it trips or fails.
- Some users report it trips very easily, even under light loads, which can be frustrating.
- Confusingly, it may function more like a basic power strip than a robust surge protector, leading to disappointment.
- Reports indicate some units fail after about 4 months of use.
- Does not fit well into some standard outlets, which can render it unusable in certain setups.
- Using multiple high-draw devices at once might blow a fuse or cause the unit to shut down unexpectedly.
