## Verdict

The Fitbit Versa 2 Special Edition packs a punch with features like Alexa, music control, and sleep tracking, all housed in a stylish design. However, potential buyers should be aware of the persistent issues with the screen freezing and poor customer service. While its battery life is a major highlight, inconsistent heart rate readings are a letdown for fitness enthusiasts. If these cons are deal-breakers, you might want to consider alternative fitness trackers.

**Top pro:** Battery life is excellent.
**Top con:** Screen froze (reported by 20% of reviews).
