## Verdict

The Fiskars 96685935J LNG Hndl Digging Shovel is highly effective for gardening and medium-sized digging tasks, with its durability, ergonomic design, and driving force being notable strengths. However, potential durability issues and mixed experiences with customer service should be considered. This shovel is best suited for moderate tasks but may not be ideal for continuous heavy-duty use. For those seeking additional peace of mind regarding long-term durability, it might be worth exploring other professional-grade alternatives or simpler applications within its warranty coverage.

**Top pro:** Performs well for clearing and uprooting small-to-mid-size trees.
**Top con:** May not withstand heavy use over time, with reports of welding and handle failures.
