## Verdict

Depend Fresh Protection Adult Incontinence & Postpartum Bladder Leak Underwear for Women delivers top-tier absorbency and comfort with a discreet, underwear-like design that supports confidence and active lifestyles. While the majority find it gentle and reliably leak-proof—even overnight—those with sensitive skin should be aware of potential irritation around the legs. If you prioritize a soft, breathable fit that effectively controls odor and prevents leaks, this product is an excellent choice. For users seeking an alternative focused on minimizing leg irritation, exploring other specialty postpartum or incontinence underwear might be worth considering.

**Top pro:** Outstanding absorbency that prevents leaks during extended use, including overnight protection
**Top con:** Some users experience irritation and extreme sensitivity, especially around the leg openings
