## Cons
- Caused vomiting and diarrhea in young dogs.
- Older dogs initially did well but later declined in health.
- Suspected heart failure in older dogs linked to the food product.
- Health and energy improved in dogs after switching to another brand.

## Bottom Line

While the Deli Fresh 518061 Vital Dog Fresh Cuts Complete Meal seems appealing due to its fresh cuts and complete meal structure, multiple user reviews have reported significant health concerns for their dogs after consumption. Issues such as vomiting, diarrhea, and suspected links to more severe health problems like heart failure cast a shadow over its suitability. It may be wise to consider other dog food options, especially if your pet has shown sensitivity to this product, to ensure their health and well-being.
