## Verdict

The CargoSmart 15 Cubic ft Storm Proof Rooftop Cargo Bag offers significant storage capacity and reliable performance under specific conditions, but its claims of being waterproof are overstated. Despite solid construction and a design meant to aid in aerodynamics, inconsistencies in water resistance and unreliable straps have led to mixed reviews. If waterproof capability is crucial, consider alternative rooftop bags that guarantee better protection in harsh weather conditions.

**Top pro:** The bag provides ample room for storage, perfect for camping gear and long trips.
**Top con:** The bag is not waterproof or stormproof as advertised, leading to soaked contents in some cases.
