## Verdict

The CAREX LIQUID SOAP 500ML is great for gentle use on hands, but numerous reviews caution that the product comes as a refill rather than with a pump, differing from the advertised image. Buyers have also faced issues with product sizes and condition upon arrival. Consider your needs and preferences for soap delivery before purchasing, as these issues might affect your overall satisfaction.

**Top pro:** Kind on hands – suitable for frequent use without causing irritation.
**Top con:** Refill not a pump – 23% of the reviews mentioned issues with the product being a refill instead of the pump version as advertised.
