# TLDR Review: Cands Products CS753 Feeder *Published: 2024-12-16 | Updated: 2025-02-01 | Source: https://shopsavvy.com/reviews-tldr/cands-products-cs753-feeder* --- ## Verdict The Cands Products CS753 Wire Nugget Feeder is a solid choice for attracting a variety of birds, particularly when using suet or peanuts. While it offers good quality for the price and effectively deters pests with hot pepper nuggets, the design may require some user modifications to improve durability against squirrels and raccoons. If you are looking for a low-maintenance feeder with no-mess feeding options, this product could be a great fit—provided you're ready to make some adjustments. **Top pro:** Attracts a wide variety of birds, including large woodpeckers and blue jays. **Top con:** Flaws in design with hanging and opening; only secured by a U hook, making it vulnerable to larger animals. ## Product: Cands Products CS753 Feeder **Brand:** C&S [Compare prices and price history on ShopSavvy](https://shopsavvy.com/products/cands-products-cs753-feeder) ## Pros - Attracts a wide variety of birds, including large woodpeckers and blue jays. - Works effectively with no-mess options like suet nuggets and peanuts. - Excellent quality compared to more expensive feeders. - Completely deters squirrels and raccoons when using hot pepper nuggets. - Consistently attracts birds with frequent daily visits. ## Cons - Flaws in design with hanging and opening;
