The Big Green® Professional Carpet Cleaner excels in cleaning performance with its powerful suction and robust build, though it can be cumbersome due to its weight and noise. Those who place a premium on ease of use and cleaning efficacy will find much to appreciate. However, potential buyers should consider the weight and be aware of possible customer service issues.
