## Verdict

The Ativa 14-Sheet Super Micro-Cut Shredder offers quiet performance and increased security due to its micro-cut technology, with convenient mobility features. However, users should beware of potential reliability and capacity claims issues. Consider carefully whether these drawbacks outweigh the features, especially if you need a heavy-duty, reliable shredder. If maximum performance reliability is important, it might be worth examining more robust alternatives.

**Top pro:** The shredder operates quietly, allowing for use without disturbing surrounding activities.
**Top con:** The shredder has a faulty sensor that inaccurately indicates the basket is full, requiring manual intervention.
