# ZYLISS Can Opener *Published: 2025-02-06 | Updated: 2024-12-31 | Source: https://shopsavvy.com/products/zyliss-can-opener* --- **Brand:** Zyliss **Price Range:** $8.97 - $579.99 across 32 retailers ## Pros - Highly reliable and easy to use, works consistently every time. - Sturdy and solid build quality reminiscent of older, durable designs. - Excellent as a gift due to practicality and longevity. - Exceptional warranty service, with quick and responsive replacements. - User-friendly for individuals with arthritis or dexterity issues. - Easy to lock onto cans, making it more convenient than many other can openers. - Positive experiences with the brand's commitment to customer satisfaction. ## Cons - Does not cut the top of the can evenly, which can be frustrating. - Operation tends to shred the paper label on the can. - Difficult to use despite attempts to improve technique, leading to dissatisfaction. - Lock mechanism is prone to breaking, sometimes within the first week. - Experiences with the product vary, with some finding it notably worse than alternatives like KitchenAid. - The product’s features like comfort grip and magnet don't justify the higher price for some users. - Consistent failures in cutting metal and opening cans, even when supposedly locked in place. ## Last Seen Prices | Retailer | Price | Availability | Last seen | Store's standard terms | |----------|-------|-------------|-----------|------------------------| | [Lakeside Collection](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/dsT9yPwjwJLeN8HH6Qkx/offers/grHI1QMhCJ16EAAoQkRH?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $8.97 | In Stock | 2023-02-10 (may have changed) | | | [LTD Commodities](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/dsT9yPwjwJLeN8HH6Qkx/offers/I6SsCLFfJrYFZvi4HKkV?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $8.97 | In Stock | 2023-02-11 (may have changed) | | | [The Lakeside Collection](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/dsT9yPwjwJLeN8HH6Qkx/offers/xQOQWYQgZO3fDCgDGJmL?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $9.99 | In Stock | 2022-08-16 (may have changed) | | | [LaCuisine Appliances](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/dsT9yPwjwJLeN8HH6Qkx/offers/uiQwOD4g3eGu2e9pEbrF?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $14.25 | In Stock | 2022-11-29 (may have changed) | | | [SukaldeUSA](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/dsT9yPwjwJLeN8HH6Qkx/offers/GEvnPfUrIea2jt8zizJi?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $14.95 | In Stock | 2023-08-01 (may have changed) | | | [Globe Equipment](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/dsT9yPwjwJLeN8HH6Qkx/offers/M2CglttuKPCpdEAlMCgf?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $15.84 | In Stock | 2023-09-09 (may have changed) | | | [AKB Plus Chicago](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/dsT9yPwjwJLeN8HH6Qkx/offers/K5AccS1MgtclY8jBpHTe?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $18.50 | In Stock | 2023-06-09 (may have changed) | | | [Round Eye Supply](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/dsT9yPwjwJLeN8HH6Qkx/offers/fGGRI0AS4CxdoyNwnSay?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $18.57 | In Stock | 2023-11-20 (may have changed) | | | [Amazon](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/dsT9yPwjwJLeN8HH6Qkx/offers/cf5a0588-16ef-4cd6-5659-fbf7062bd390?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $18.95 | In Stock | 2023-09-03 (may have changed) | | | [Northwestern Cutlery](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/dsT9yPwjwJLeN8HH6Qkx/offers/6365730c-921c-708c-0e19-ee375cfc2715?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $19.95 | In Stock | 2023-09-09 (may have changed) | | | [www.zestbillings.com](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/dsT9yPwjwJLeN8HH6Qkx/offers/fgA2OeTB0qKC5SkJ1mJC?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $19.95 | In Stock | 2023-02-19 (may have changed) | | | [Bed Bath & Beyond](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/dsT9yPwjwJLeN8HH6Qkx/offers/dgGRh06zSzHJ5YpFu5Np?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $19.99 | In Stock | 2023-04-03 (may have changed) | | | [Browns Kitchen](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/dsT9yPwjwJLeN8HH6Qkx/offers/JhRhuYKOqnXCXYVcdcPs?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $19.99 | In Stock | 2023-09-09 (may have changed) | | | [Zyliss USA](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/dsT9yPwjwJLeN8HH6Qkx/offers/cL02Jtx5vM8vZKVm2Ivb?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $19.99 | In Stock | 2022-08-16 (may have changed) | | | [Kitchen Kapers](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/dsT9yPwjwJLeN8HH6Qkx/offers/cXbxo7uLLH4H9IZEYH7G?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $21.95 | In Stock | 2023-09-09 (may have changed) | | | [surlatable.com](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/dsT9yPwjwJLeN8HH6Qkx/offers/fVImOg0BLEpl4WCarPJL?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $21.95 | In Stock | 2023-09-12 (may have changed) | | | [Tarzianwestforhousewares](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/dsT9yPwjwJLeN8HH6Qkx/offers/8f9UPgm9KyYfsKvmkfuQ?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $21.95 | In Stock | 2023-09-09 (may have changed) | | | [The Cook's Warehouse](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/dsT9yPwjwJLeN8HH6Qkx/offers/YlIGwdDF2jroKt34NJGc?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $21.95 | In Stock | 2024-03-22 (may have changed) | | | [Walmart](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/dsT9yPwjwJLeN8HH6Qkx/offers/H8w9TTfzCzyOYqkkzveK?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $21.95 | In Stock | 2023-09-12 (may have changed) | 90-day returns (in store too) | | [Zyliss Kitchen](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/dsT9yPwjwJLeN8HH6Qkx/offers/ySJCZzrKaco8VrspCdif?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $21.95 | In Stock | 2023-11-20 (may have changed) | | *Store terms are each retailer's standard return and shipping policy from ShopSavvy's retailer research; some products and categories differ, so check with the store before buying.* [See every retailer and the full price history on ShopSavvy](https://shopsavvy.com/products/zyliss-can-opener) --- *About this page: ShopSavvy compares prices across thousands of retailers, aggregates expert and user reviews, and tracks price history to help you make informed buying decisions.
