**Brand:** Wahl
**Price Range:** $16 - $73.75 across 11 retailers

## Pros
- Economically priced with a comprehensive set of accessories including scissors, lubricating oil, and a cleaning brush.
- Quiet operation compared to other models, which is a plus in noise-sensitive environments.
- Long cord enhances flexibility and ease of use during haircuts.
- User-friendly with a variety of trim guards and features a lever for adjusting cut lengths seamlessly.
- Ideal for beginners and those looking to save money on barbershop visits by cutting hair at home.
- Recommended for its value and cost-effectiveness, especially for frequent home grooming.
- Includes thoughtful features like a quiet and strong motor, and nicely spaced guide steps for precise trimming.

## Cons
- Notably loud at full power, comparable to a lawn mower or even a jet engine, which can be uncomfortable during use.
- Some report the clipper is heavy, which may strain to achieve precise cuts, especially at the neck.
- The build quality is questioned with components feeling cheap, including the plastic handle and rocker switch.
- Accessories, especially the combs, are of poor quality—bent and misshapen, raising durability concerns.
- Missing some guide sizes (like the #1 and 1/2 guide and ear trim guide), which might necessitate separate purchases.
- Performance issues with ineffective cutting, overheating, and even electrical shocks for some users, leading to dissatisfaction.
- The flimsy storage case appears to lack durability and proper closure.
