# Torani Vanilla Syrup *Published: 2025-02-24 | Updated: 2025-02-24 | Source: https://shopsavvy.com/products/torani-vanilla-syrup* --- **Brand:** Torani **Price Range:** $4.04 - $35.07 across 52 retailers ## Pros - The syrup offers a minimalist recipe with no additives, appealing to those who want simplicity in their diet. - Ideal for those who enjoy a natural taste without a chemical aftertaste. - Perfect for making London Fog lattes, offering a quality experience akin to a favorite tea shop. - Highly recommended for elevating the coffee experience, turning occasional coffee drinkers into daily enthusiasts. - Torani is recognized as a leading brand in the industry, trusted by bars and coffee shops. - Comes in glass bottles, which are recyclable and environmentally friendly. - The syrup is an improvement over using vanilla drops, notably enhancing coffee flavor. ## Cons - Some find the consistency too watery due to the lack of thickening agents like xanthan gum. - The vanilla flavor is subdued, often overpowered by the taste of cane sugar. - Reported issues with first pour being messy, suggesting the need for a stainless steel pouring spout. - Recurrent disappointment with flavor intensity, perceived as watered-down. - Seen as overpriced for what it is, especially compared to homemade alternatives. - A professional baker labeled it as worthless, suggesting Molina vanilla essence for better flavor. - The smaller bottle size requires adjustments to existing pump tubes, creating inconvenience. - The lack of included pump and limited availability of individual pumps at an additional cost is a drawback. ##
