## Pros
- Very high quality and great tasting cheese.
- Significantly improves the flavor of recipes compared to store brands.
- Ideal for traditional recipes, enhancing dishes like a family cheese ball for Thanksgiving.
- Received positive feedback from everyone who tasted it.

## Cons
- Significant decline in flavor compared to previous experiences with this brand.
- Medium aged cheese tastes bland and lacks traditional cheese flavor.
- Texture becomes grainy or sandy when cooked, affecting usability.
- Suspicions of changes in ingredients or production methods, potentially linked to reduction in aging.
- Now resembles processed American cheese in flavor and texture, no longer suitable for snacking with crackers.
