# Thrustmaster TCA Yoke Boeing Edition *Published: 2026-03-29 | Updated: 2026-03-29 | Source: https://shopsavvy.com/products/thrustmaster-tca-yoke-boeing-edition* --- **Brand:** Thrustmaster Flight SIM **Price Range:** $394.99 - $584.99 across 31 retailers ## Pros - The yoke is exceptionally well-built with quality materials, delivering smooth, accurate, and realistic axis movement ideal for commercial jet simulation. - Hall effect sensors ensure no electrical noise or jitter, providing precise and consistent control. - Controls like buttons and hat switches are authentically placed with excellent tactile feedback, closely replicating the real Boeing 787 yoke experience. - The pitch and roll axes provide exceptionally smooth travel and natural flight control without annoying detents, making long sessions more comfortable and immersive. - It significantly enhances immersion for flight simulator enthusiasts flying Boeing and similar aircraft, supporting smooth handling during all flight phases. - The setup is easy to install and operate with popular simulators like MSFS2020 and suits users ranging from beginners to more serious simmers. - The yoke’s mounting system is sturdy and stable, minimizing wobble during intense use. - Optional accessories like a spring can add heavier, more realistic yoke resistance for those seeking added immersion. - The included tablet stand is a convenient addition for in-sim controls and checklists. - The yoke offers exceptional stability unmatched by many alternatives and is often regarded as the best non-force feedback yoke on the market. ## Cons - The throttle component feels less refined, with slightly wobbly levers and no adjustable tension, making precise throttle inputs harder to achieve. - The throttle’s rotary knob for autopilot functions is slow, jumpy, and requires very slow turning, limiting effective in-flight adjustments. - The throttle system is primarily designed for single or twin-engine setups, lacking support or add-ons for four-engine aircraft. - Reverser levers are considered flimsy and low quality compared to aftermarket or 3D-printed alternatives. - Throttle lever alignment issues cause slight play at idle and full thrust, which can impact throttle precision. - The throttle lacks a fourth axis, limiting simultaneous control over flaps, spoilers, and other variables. - The unit’s pendular yoke design causes a portion to protrude toward the user’s stomach, which may be uncomfortable depending on seating and mounting position. - The uneven base makes storage tricky and the unit can tip if not set down carefully. - The tablet stand does not lock securely, posing a risk of detachment if handled improperly. - Default bindings and sensitivity for MSFS2020 often require manual adjustments for optimal experience, which can be a hassle for some users. ## Specifications | Attribute | Value | |-----------|-------| | model | TCA Yoke PACK Boeing Edition | | mpn | Not specified |
