# The Sopranos: The Complete Series *Published: 2025-12-26 | Updated: 2025-12-26 | Source: https://shopsavvy.com/products/the-sopranos:-the-complete-series* --- **Brand:** HBO Home Video **Price Range:** $24.99 - $212.026188 across 13 retailers ## Pros - The Sopranos is widely recognized as one of the greatest TV series ever made, praised for groundbreaking storytelling, exceptional writing, and superb direction. - James Gandolfini delivers a powerhouse, complex performance that defines the entire series. - The Blu-ray and Digital HD formats provide outstanding video and audio quality, with English DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 sound offering an immersive experience. - The entire series is highly binge-watchable, flowing seamlessly without playback issues (when discs are properly handled). - Abundant extra features and audio commentaries add depth and entertainment value to this edition. - The packaging is visually appealing and sturdy, with a nice slipcover and textured artwork. - The set consolidates all seasons into one convenient collection, making it easier and better than purchasing individual DVDs. - The storytelling is complex, spellbinding, and rewatchable year after year, engaging fans anew with every viewing. - The controversial finale is brilliantly crafted and ties together the intricate narrative. - The series is suitable for mature viewers, with rich character development, plot twists, and strong on-screen camaraderie. ## Cons - Some newer Blu-ray discs may experience playback issues due to manufacturing flaws or protective films that require careful cleaning before use. - The first season's picture quality is somewhat flat and can occasionally appear like standard definition, though it improves sharply from season two onward. - Blu-rays do not automatically bookmark your progress, so you must manually navigate to where you left off each time. - The box text description about bonus materials and episode guides is sometimes inaccurate or misleading. - A specific HBO tribute to James Gandolfini is missing from the extras, which some fans hoped to see. ## Specifications | Attribute | Value | |-----------|-------| | product_name | The Sopranos: The Complete Series (Blu-ray + Digital HD) | | format | Blu-ray + Digital HD | | brand | HBO | | genre | Crime, Drama | | release_date | N/A | | number_of_discs | N/A | | language | English | | region_code | Region A | | aspect_ratio | 16:9 | | screen_format | Anamorphic | | rating | TV-MA | ## Last Seen Prices | Retailer | Price | Availability | Last seen | Store's standard terms | |----------|-------|-------------|-----------|------------------------| | [retailers/walmart](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/FB8gxTAlFBc5PDlCGEq6/offers/5681bbd4-4540-1c47-763f-d5b5e0b58722?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $24.99 | In Stock | 2025-12-26 (may have changed) | 90-day returns (in store too) | | [retailers/alibris](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/FB8gxTAlFBc5PDlCGEq6/offers/ce9c7822-f879-0d7b-1ee3-88cd15e9f9af?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $54.75 | In Stock | 2025-12-26 (may have changed) | | | [Toletrey](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/FB8gxTAlFBc5PDlCGEq6/offers/nPIP4eVh0OvUrrsAH6da?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $59.99 | In Stock | 2023-03-08 (may have changed) | | | [retailers/bullmoose](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/FB8gxTAlFBc5PDlCGEq6/offers/b8cfc5cd-0dc8-a7b4-4b6d-29e95fce3e17?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $65.97 | In Stock | 2025-12-26 (may have changed) | | | [retailers/oldies](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/FB8gxTAlFBc5PDlCGEq6/offers/hpjExSBtbe4fY7C8qOno?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $90.00 | In Stock | 2025-12-26 (may have changed) | | | [retailers/grumpybobsonline](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/FB8gxTAlFBc5PDlCGEq6/offers/ebe708b0-c738-b3a2-316e-6a9409c71a52?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $99.99 | In Stock | 2025-12-26 (may have changed) | | | [Amazon](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/FB8gxTAlFBc5PDlCGEq6/offers/eXetlcngmKvlnu29a2yy?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $99.99 | In Stock | 2026-09-01 (may have changed) | | | [retailers/mercari](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/FB8gxTAlFBc5PDlCGEq6/offers/c026feeb-0078-a604-81ab-a86e5eacab6e?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $109.00 | In Stock | 2025-12-26 (may have changed) | | | [Best Buy](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/FB8gxTAlFBc5PDlCGEq6/offers/62209250-0976-b502-970c-e78f73b51f47?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $109.99 | In Stock | 2026-10-04 | 15-day returns (in store too) · free return shipping · free shipping on $35+ | | [Deep Discount](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/FB8gxTAlFBc5PDlCGEq6/offers/1sKtOxElqL5AyOfaLVY6?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $133.25 | In Stock | 2022-08-03 (may have changed) | | | [Pop Market](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/FB8gxTAlFBc5PDlCGEq6/offers/3Wb2dbkWXy1BQoAwnevW?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $142.79 | In Stock | 2022-08-03 (may have changed) | | | [Sears](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/FB8gxTAlFBc5PDlCGEq6/offers/udcsY8qtjFsKLv8vdp1S?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $194.94 | In Stock | 2023-06-27 (may have changed) | | | [retailers/myshopville](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/FB8gxTAlFBc5PDlCGEq6/offers/c178dc6b-1dd3-0b08-0e5d-cf8ad737dd95?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $212.03 | In Stock | 2025-12-26 (may have changed) | | *Store terms are each retailer's standard return and shipping policy from ShopSavvy's retailer research; some products and categories differ, so check with the store before buying.* [See every retailer and the full price history on ShopSavvy](https://shopsavvy.com/products/the-sopranos:-the-complete-series) --- *About this page: ShopSavvy compares prices across thousands of retailers, aggregates expert and user reviews, and tracks price history to help you make informed buying decisions.
