# Tanner Tee Baseball Tee *Published: 2026-03-22 | Updated: 2026-03-22 | Source: https://shopsavvy.com/products/tanner-tee-baseball-tee* --- **Brand:** TANNER **Price Range:** $55.99 - $182 across 22 retailers ## Pros - Highly durable, built to withstand multiple hours of heavy batting practice and last an entire season without needing replacement. - Holds height very well with strong, smooth-adjusting seals that accommodate a wide range of player sizes, from kids to fully grown teens. - Great weight and sturdy base design keep it from tipping over easily, even with low or missed swings. - Rubber ball holder is strong enough to securely hold the ball in place yet flexible enough to absorb impact without damage. - Easy to assemble and adjust quickly for different users, making it convenient for team and solo practice sessions. - Compatible with practice nets, enhancing training efficiency by allowing consistent ball retrieval and extended hitting periods. - Superior quality and durability compared to basic rubber or plastic tees on the market; recommended for serious players and heavy use. - Easy to transport, which makes it suitable for use at different training locations or practices. ## Cons - The base is made of plastic, which can feel cheap relative to the product's premium price point. - There is a design flaw in the elastic/plastic component that attaches the ball holder to the tee shaft, which may cause splitting and affect long-term durability. - Rubber tops may rip or wear out faster than expected, and replacement rubber parts tend to be expensive and somewhat difficult to find. - Repairing the tee can require some skill as replacement parts are not always straightforward plug-and-play. - Some users feel the quality does not fully justify the price, especially considering maintenance hassles with the rubber holder. - Comparable competitors like Jugs and Atec now offer alternatives worth exploring if you want a different durability or maintenance profile. - Stability could be improved by adding a weighted base, although most users feel it’s manageable as is with proper swing technique. ##
