## Pros
- Lightweight body lotion feels nice on the skin and has a pleasant scent.
- Non-greasy formula absorbs quickly, making it comfortable to use.
- Exceeded initial expectations for a generic brand and encourages trying more products from the same brand.
- Lotion effectively soothes sensitive skin and provides long-lasting moisture, especially when used post-shower.
- Offers a dramatic change in skin texture and moisture levels, with significant improvement for extremely dry and ashy skin.
- High value compared to costly prescription lotions and works well even in harsh winter months.
- Features a thick texture without a greasy or sticky feel.
- Unisex scent is light, clean, and inoffensive.

## Cons
- Does not relieve dry skin for some; may cause dryness or rash.
- Packaging design is flawed; pump does not reach the bottom, leading to waste.
- Some experienced an allergic reaction, intense itching, and rash after sun exposure due to ingredients like Vitamin K and Retinyl palmitate.
- Overpowering perfume scent makes it unpleasant and causes discomfort, especially for those sensitive to fragrances.
