## Pros
- Long-term use reported as beneficial for increasing energy levels and maintaining good blood sugar levels.
- Effective in helping to reduce inflammation, particularly swelling in the feet.
- Helps maintain blood glucose levels, important for those with a family history of diabetes.

## Cons
- Capsules contain predominantly rice flour with very little actual cinnamon, undermining the product's effectiveness.
- Lacks authentic cinnamon appearance, smell, and taste, with a noticeable difference compared to previous batches.
- The label's claim of 1000mg per two capsules is misleading, as actual cinnamon content appears to be lower due to fillers.
- Discrepancy in pill quantity, with a bottle that's only half full, reducing perceived value.
- Capsules are smaller, lighter in color, and lack noticeable cinnamon flavor, disappointing long-term customers.
- Recent batches have shown significantly reduced quality, prompting customers not to repurchase.
