## Pros
- Picture quality is exceptional with vibrant, cinematic visuals featuring outstanding HDR technology that reveals details in dark scenes, delivering the OLED black/white contrast punch that's nearly impossible to find elsewhere
- Sound quality is genuinely impressive thanks to the screen-projected speaker technology that delivers clear dialogue and strong bass—many reviewers found it robust enough to skip a soundbar entirely
- App loading times are significantly faster than LCD predecessors, making streaming service navigation snappy and responsive
- Setup process is refreshingly straightforward and quick, so you won't need to spend your entire weekend getting this beast running
- Picture modes automatically adjust based on content type (Standard for TV, Dolby Vision Dark for streaming), taking the guesswork out of settings optimization
- Design is elegantly thin with a premium metal frame and matte finish that looks classy whether wall-mounted or on a stand
- Google TV interface is intuitive and easy to navigate when it's working smoothly
- Delivers exceptional viewing angles with zero image distortion or color shift, so everyone on the couch gets the same stunning picture
- Brightness is excellent for typical to dim viewing conditions, and the picture quality genuinely shines once your eyes adjust to OLED technology
- Screen burn-in risk is minimal with normal viewing habits and proper care (covering when not in use, varying content)

## Cons
- Display reliability is a serious concern—multiple reviewers reported panel failures within two years, with screens going black or developing colored light strips, suggesting this model may have longevity issues
- WiFi connectivity problems plague this TV with dropouts occurring roughly once a week, though they can sometimes be resolved by unplugging the unit or switching to an Ethernet connection
- Remote control is frustrating to use in dim lighting because it lacks backlighting and comes loaded with an excessive number of buttons you'll likely never use
- Google TV software can be buggy and problematic for some users, creating a disconnect with the otherwise polished hardware
- User interface reliability varies wildly—while some love it, others find navigation frustratingly unpredictable and difficult
- Picture quality suffers noticeably in brightly lit rooms during daytime viewing due to OLED technology's inherent brightness limitations
- Motion flow feature can trigger headaches for some viewers and may require tweaking
- Customer service experiences have been disappointing for those who've needed support
