However, if razor-sharp picture quality is what you crave, splurging on an OLED from LG or Sharp might be the way to go. ## Pros - Extremely bright display with excellent contrast, offering vibrant colors and minimal risk of burn-in compared to OLEDs. - Comprehensive smart TV features, including 4 HDMI ports, USB recording, and popular streaming apps. - Adjustable stand and great sound quality, although an external audio setup is recommended for an enhanced experience. - Exceptional picture quality is highlighted by vibrant colors right out of the box and effective upscaling. - Ideal for gaming with its superb brightness and no noticeable motion blur issues. - Minimal blooming with solid performance in dark scenes. - Easy-to-navigate Google TV interface with ample storage and expansion options. ## Cons - Picture quality may not be as crisp and sharp as some OLED models, despite adjustments. - Frustrating user experience with tiny remote controls and poor documentation. - The Google TV interface can be cumbersome due to ads and limited customization. - The anti-reflective coating might produce unwanted rainbow glare in pointed lighting conditions. - Low number of dimming zones causing occasional blooming, particularly in bright scenes. ## Specifications | Attribute | Value | |-----------|-------| | model | XR85X93L | | mpn | XR85X93L | | barcode | not specified | | sku | not specified | | dimensionsUnit | inches | | weight | 95 lbs | | color | Black | | type | TV | | screenType | Mini LED | | resolution | 4K Ultra HD | | weightLimit | 2 adults required for installation | | storage | 20 GB internal storage, expandable via USB | ## Professional Reviews - [Sony Bravia 85-Inch Class X93L (XR-85X93L) Review](https://www.pcmag.com/reviews/sony-bravia-85-inch-class-x93l-xr-85x93l) — *Source* - [Sony Bravia X93L Review](https://www.ign.com/articles/sony-bravia-x93l-review) — *Source* - [The Sony Bravia X93L TV just might make you forget about OLED](https://www.cnn.com/cnn-underscored/reviews/sony-bravia-xr-x93l-tv) — *Source* - [Sony X93L TV Review](https://www.rtings.com/tv/reviews/sony/x93l-x93cl) — *Source* - [Sony Bravia X93L Mini-LED 4K TV Review](https://www.soundandvision.com/content/sony-bravia-x93l-mini-led-4k-tv-review) — *Source* ## About This Product Rediscover your favorite content with impressive Mini LED contrast and brightness, powered by the intelligent Cognitive Processor XR™.
