## Pros
- The jam has a great taste, spreading easily with an excellent balance of tangy and sweet flavors.
- It contains only one gram of sugar, making it a healthier option compared to similar products.
- Made with natural ingredients, aligning with preferences for healthy eating.
- Packaged in glass, which is preferred over plastic for food items.

## Cons
- Contains a significant amount of hard seeds (5+ per tablespoon), which affects overall enjoyment.
- The seed texture detracts from the overall experience, causing discomfort after consumption.
- Criticism for not clearly labeling the presence of seeds on the packaging; some feel it should be filtered like homemade jams.
