## Pros
- Extremely lightweight and easy to maneuver, making it ideal for frequent use.
- Highly effective at picking up pet hair, outperforming even some Dyson models.
- Easy transition between handheld and canister use, with simple design.
- Requires minimal passes for efficient cleaning; strong suction power noted.
- Effective dust sealing and filtration, making it great for allergy sufferers.
- Includes practical tools like a crevice tool and an effective upholstery tool for stairs.
- Easily removes dirt and dust missed by other vacuums, like the Bissell 2999.
- Affordable with a good balance of performance and price.
- Canister is easy to clean and holds a considerable amount of dirt.

## Cons
- Smaller agitator head without a dedicated agitator attachment may be a drawback.
- Dual latch system for emptying the dustbin requires more effort but improves sealing.
- Needs more frequent prefilter cleaning, although it performs well for allergy needs.
- Handles thin, suede-like rugs poorly on both carpet and hardwood settings.
- Heavier than some vacuums, potentially causing fatigue with prolonged use.
- The vacuum may tip over when using the extension wand on stairs.
- Absence of a quick retraction cord and a missing pet brush storage area are noted design limitations.
- Customer service experience reported as lacking, with issues of miscommunication.
