## Pros
- Extremely easy to assemble and use, simple enough for kids to operate
- Works effectively on multiple surfaces including marble, hardwood, tile, laminate, kitchen backsplash, counters, and glass top tables
- Strips away residue from previous cleaning products, restoring the natural shine to hardwood floors
- Sanitizes and removes calcification on bathroom shower doors and leaves fixtures shiny
- Produces plenty of steam with adjustable settings tailored for different floor types
- Lightweight and easy to maneuver, featuring a swivel head that reaches tight spaces effortlessly
- Detachable hand-held unit is convenient for cleaning furniture, backsplashes, and other small or vertical areas
- Heats up quickly in about 30 seconds, enabling fast cleaning sessions
- Uses reusable microfiber pads and functions chemical-free, leaving no residue and requiring no rinsing
- Long power cord provides extended reach without frequent unplugging

## Cons
- The mop does not stand upright on its own and tends to fall when leaned against surfaces
- Lacks a dedicated on/off switch, which some users find inconvenient
- Replacement cap is prone to breaking, and finding suitable replacement parts is difficult, leading to makeshift and unsatisfactory repairs
- The touch-free mop head detachment feature is reported as impractical and not very user-friendly
- More cleaning pads would be beneficial since mop heads need replacement or cleaning during extended use
- Some handle durability concerns have been raised, impacting long-term reliability
