# Samsung QN990F 85-Inch Neo QLED 8K TV (2025) *Published: 2026-04-08 | Updated: 2026-04-08 | Source: https://shopsavvy.com/products/samsung-qn990f-85-inch-neo-qled-8k-tv-(2025)* --- **Brand:** Samsung **Price Range:** $4623.66 - $8499.99 across 39 retailers ## Pros - Unbelievable picture quality that truly dazzles, especially with 4K and 1080p thanks to excellent 8K AI upscaling. - Massive 85-inch screen size creates an immersive, cinematic experience that dominates the room. - Elegant, sleek design that fits well in modern living spaces. - Built-in Alexa and smart features are intuitive, responsive, and add convenience. - Clear and powerful sound quality that generally eliminates the need for external speakers. - The Wireless One Connect box setup helps reduce clutter from cables when done correctly. ## Cons - Recurring issues with the TV randomly shutting off or failing to turn on have frustrated many users. - Customer support and replacement processes are reportedly difficult and slow, compounding user dissatisfaction. - Setup is complicated and delicate; the fragile TV should not be tilted or laid face down, requiring careful handling or professional installation. - The “one cord” Wireless One Connect system can cause delays when switching channels or sources and demands a clear, uninterrupted connection path to the TV. - Samsung’s installation instructions are poor and overly complex, making a smooth setup challenging for the average user. - The remote control is small, poorly labeled, not illuminated, and awkward to use, despite featuring a solar panel. - True 8K content is virtually nonexistent, so much of the visual advantage relies on upscaling rather than native 8K material. - The retail store picture settings differ significantly from typical home setups, so the home viewing experience may feel less spectacular. ## Current Prices | Retailer | Price | Availability | |----------|-------|-------------| | [retailers/pcnation](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/232190f9-013d-f06e-47af-fd471dda3758/offers/d0fc1271-af35-9b49-6447-6cdb5d7ed044?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $4623.66 | Check | | [retailers/tech-america](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/232190f9-013d-f06e-47af-fd471dda3758/offers/bd2e98d2-7c0e-2f68-e46e-0eed3b771abe?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $5330.00 | Check | | [retailers/itvisionnetworks](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/232190f9-013d-f06e-47af-fd471dda3758/offers/d45800ac-0b74-6786-2a73-0b639fd1abb4?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $5399.00 | Check | | [retailers/newegg](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/232190f9-013d-f06e-47af-fd471dda3758/offers/2f78a959-ee6f-a9bf-a0fd-ae5343ef05cc?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $5497.00 | Check | | [retailers/amazon](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/232190f9-013d-f06e-47af-fd471dda3758/offers/e6d7e206-875d-1764-bf20-e549041d7d32?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $5900.99 | Check | | [retailers/spencerstv](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/232190f9-013d-f06e-47af-fd471dda3758/offers/8b7e20b8-93b0-62ed-e9f9-3a4134fe61d6?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $5995.99 | Check | | [retailers/crutchfield](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/232190f9-013d-f06e-47af-fd471dda3758/offers/65339711-1ddd-8a08-3665-14fccd992d24?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $5997.99 | Check | | [retailers/brandsmartusa](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/232190f9-013d-f06e-47af-fd471dda3758/offers/5dd642d7-2947-c63a-7ce2-026b9fc0b786?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $5997.99 | Check | | [retailers/macys](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/232190f9-013d-f06e-47af-fd471dda3758/offers/9f9c3a51-c560-c5ab-dfbc-94715f7633f6?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $5997.99 | Check | | [retailers/videoandaudiocenter](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/232190f9-013d-f06e-47af-fd471dda3758/offers/f8a5b326-fbf3-b939-87e4-2df395b99e9d?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $5997.99 | Check | | [retailers/pcrichard](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/232190f9-013d-f06e-47af-fd471dda3758/offers/5e8cfdb2-4843-39d2-3275-f788eae41ba2?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $5997.99 | Check | | [retailers/walts](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/232190f9-013d-f06e-47af-fd471dda3758/offers/12bbd30c-7a44-f25b-b7d9-c8abf24ce619?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $5997.99 | Check | | [retailers/datavision](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/232190f9-013d-f06e-47af-fd471dda3758/offers/9c4f2e71-b371-a890-c4a6-3c6c5874fad8?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $5997.99 | Check | | [retailers/abt](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/232190f9-013d-f06e-47af-fd471dda3758/offers/c49ad6d4-2a96-6251-0509-ae2cd9e2adec?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $5997.99 | Check | | [retailers/buydig](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/232190f9-013d-f06e-47af-fd471dda3758/offers/5ba20a6e-8d2a-05d3-153d-4a135ce8ef70?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $5997.99 | Check | | [retailers/walmart](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/232190f9-013d-f06e-47af-fd471dda3758/offers/9be14a83-6f69-aded-0b5d-4a51fb60e956?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $5997.99 | Check | | [retailers/primetimeav](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/232190f9-013d-f06e-47af-fd471dda3758/offers/a82b7f5a-d3be-3567-5954-51d0ac33e5a4?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $5997.99 | Check | | [retailers/skybygramophone](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/232190f9-013d-f06e-47af-fd471dda3758/offers/56302c30-1652-675a-1bc0-f034b77e8143?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $5997.99 | Check | | [retailers/queencityonline](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/232190f9-013d-f06e-47af-fd471dda3758/offers/3099f206-0374-3345-0c02-7a04f20ad6b0?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $5998.00 | Check | | [retailers/thebigscreenstore](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/232190f9-013d-f06e-47af-fd471dda3758/offers/8f8e08d4-dff2-e892-170f-043aa853ff38?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $5999.00 | Check | [See every retailer and the full price history on ShopSavvy](https://shopsavvy.com/products/samsung-qn990f-85-inch-neo-qled-8k-tv-%282025%29) --- *About this page: ShopSavvy compares prices across thousands of retailers, aggregates expert and user reviews, and tracks price history to help you make informed buying decisions.
