## Pros
- Picture clarity is outstanding, delivering sharp, vibrant, and immersive 8K visuals that impress even at this price point.
- The built-in sound system, including Dolby Atmos and Object Tracking Sound+, provides clear, loud, and immersive audio without requiring external speakers.
- The TV has a sleek design with a very small bezel, adding to its premium look and feel.
- Smart features, including Alexa built-in and multiple HDMI ports, offer easy connectivity and a user-friendly interface.
- Customer service is responsive, as some users reported quick replacement of flawed units.
- Overall, users find the TV a great purchase for high-quality entertainment with a premium feel.

## Cons
- Several users report a recurring issue with horizontal flickering lines on the screen after relatively low usage (around 80 hours), which is a red flag for reliability.
- The warranty expiration leaves some owners stuck with no support when these display problems arise.
- There are reports of a "shadow box" effect developing over time in the picture, which worsens and detracts from the viewing experience.
- The ultra-thin bezel design, while stylish, may negatively affect the durability of the screen.
- The owner's manual is not included in the box and must be downloaded online, which some users find inconvenient.
