## Pros
- The product has been effective in preventing further renal stones in dogs, even after severe health crises.
- Many dogs are happy and healthy since switching to this food, as recommended by veterinarians for managing urinary health.
- Fewer fat calories in the new formula (26%) are beneficial for breeds prone to pancreatitis.
- The food significantly improved the pet's urinary health, with crystal levels becoming almost untraceable.
- The dog enjoys the taste and finishes every meal without issue.
- It has been effective compared to previous prescription brands, with some dogs remaining stone-free for over two years.

## Cons
- The new formula change has caused recurring gastrointestinal problems, including diarrhea, vomiting, and digestive issues in some pets.
- Quality concerns include consistency, density, smell, and appearance issues across different batches.
- The gravy contains unappealing solidified fat chunks, and the size of the chunks may require cutting for smaller pets.
- Some dogs have refused to eat the product, which was not an issue before the formula change.
- Lack of communication about the formulation change has caused confusion and frustration among pet owners.
