Offers significant improvement with consistent use twice daily. - Thicker consistency provides enhanced relief for severe dry eye syndrome. - Alleviates dry, irritated eyes, and suitable for sensitive eyes due to lack of irritating preservatives. ## Cons - Individual packets can be cumbersome, with inconsistent drop quantity leading to waste. - Initial application may cause burning and temporary blurred vision. - Some users experience crusty eyes in the morning and daytime discomfort. - Product design makes it difficult to dispense due to high surface tension. - Considered expensive given the increased price and decreased drop quantity per container. ## About This Product Refresh Optive Adv Pf Eye Size 30ct Refresh Optive Advanced Preservative Free Eye Drops ## Last Seen Prices | Retailer | Price | Availability | Last seen | |----------|-------|-------------|-----------| | [Amazon](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/45RuG8zL5MneXfIx7Tdz/offers/ai25eLjaksmUfjxzYAg3?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $11.66 | In Stock | 2022-12-29 (may have changed) | | [Bonanza](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/45RuG8zL5MneXfIx7Tdz/offers/slhSSVtcLkBAn7NuuQ1l?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $12.95 | In Stock | 2023-06-20 (may have changed) | | [Enbanc Health](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/45RuG8zL5MneXfIx7Tdz/offers/VeVOdrUCJ6QcGwdniLFZ?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $13.39 | In Stock | 2023-07-28 (may have changed) | | [EZContacts.com](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/45RuG8zL5MneXfIx7Tdz/offers/fEVpmmBESabXgu6VNtDC?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $13.66 | In Stock | 2023-08-01 (may have changed) | | [The Online Drugstore](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/45RuG8zL5MneXfIx7Tdz/offers/TAE4JFkEPVIUJcbuZ1Zj?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $14.11 | In Stock | 2023-12-31 (may have changed) | | [Truegether](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/45RuG8zL5MneXfIx7Tdz/offers/KEF3EvvNc4JSFW3qE2aH?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $14.41 | In Stock | 2023-08-01 (may have changed) | | [PE Marketplace](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/45RuG8zL5MneXfIx7Tdz/offers/5NxEyjCcBUJc0mf9WFlb?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $14.56 | In Stock | 2022-08-18 (may have changed) | | [Myotcstore](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/45RuG8zL5MneXfIx7Tdz/offers/YpHQlc6zK5CtdoDOaSL4?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $14.80 | In Stock | 2025-01-05 (may have changed) | | [One Tree Brands](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/45RuG8zL5MneXfIx7Tdz/offers/BFPSgSefkMuRGv93RNHo?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $15.01 | In Stock | 2023-12-31 (may have changed) | | [HerbsPro.com](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/45RuG8zL5MneXfIx7Tdz/offers/b28217c1-59d9-f8a5-e093-da5b1884463f?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $15.19 | In Stock | 2025-01-05 (may have changed) | | [DrugSuppyStore.com](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/45RuG8zL5MneXfIx7Tdz/offers/KWjEXdeMfH3oo4KVsHvA?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $15.66 | In Stock | 2022-08-16 (may have changed) | | [Franklin Square Pharmacy](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/45RuG8zL5MneXfIx7Tdz/offers/PWILMJTvqxskMGTPQapL?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $15.99 | In Stock | 2024-06-08 (may have changed) | | [DrugSuppyStore.com](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/45RuG8zL5MneXfIx7Tdz/offers/daLHnZ9fkpwbXr41cEXW?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $16.09 | In Stock | 2023-05-16 (may have changed) | | [Hey Med Supply](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/45RuG8zL5MneXfIx7Tdz/offers/NrLHs7eQdwrBJohItQis?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $16.24 | In Stock | 2023-12-31 (may have changed) | | [Bed Bath & Beyond](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/45RuG8zL5MneXfIx7Tdz/offers/mtwGuTg85lD9oxg3Jddb?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $16.59 | In Stock | 2023-04-24 (may have changed) | | [Optum Store](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/45RuG8zL5MneXfIx7Tdz/offers/ohuyYcHIYeASk2Evqkp9?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $16.99 | In Stock | 2023-07-21 (may have changed) | | [Fleet Farm](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/45RuG8zL5MneXfIx7Tdz/offers/rblHlRttnqENjyqIWLNb?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $17.19 | In Stock | 2025-01-05 (may have changed) | | [Publix Delivery](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/45RuG8zL5MneXfIx7Tdz/offers/uCeIdPbLuIqPfb0ZHKnP?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $17.19 | In Stock | 2022-07-21 (may have changed) | | [URS Pharmacy](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/45RuG8zL5MneXfIx7Tdz/offers/mzSSxrBQcSlhQDZrK8ou?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $17.29 | In Stock | 2023-12-31 (may have changed) | | [StomaBags.com](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/45RuG8zL5MneXfIx7Tdz/offers/2d875f90-82d0-788e-cd7a-33bd122d0d8f?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $17.68 | In Stock | 2025-01-05 (may have changed) | [See every retailer and the full price history on ShopSavvy](https://shopsavvy.com/products/refresh-optive-advanced-eye-drops) --- *About this page: ShopSavvy compares prices across thousands of retailers, aggregates expert and user reviews, and tracks price history to help you make informed buying decisions.
