It stabilizes pool water and extends the life of the disinfectant. Use a reliable test kit to determine the stabilizer concentration in the pool water. Follow the included chart to bring the pool water to the desired range of 40-100 ppm. If the pool is new, just refilled, or has no stabilizer; add 4 oz. of this product per 1000 gallons to give the desired range of 40-100 ppm. Add this product slowly into the skimmer, or if desired, premix in a pail of warm water and then add directly to the skimmer. Be sure the filter is clean. Recirculate the water continuously for 24 hours to dissolve completely. Always maintain the chlorine residual in your pool at 2.0-4.0 ppm and pH at 7.4-7.6. ## Last Seen Prices | Retailer | Price | Availability | Last seen | Store's standard terms | |----------|-------|-------------|-----------|------------------------| | [Amazon](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/iqxEKqbuOF9N45xfefPo/offers/UGl1DSFbZ1XpuOSGPZ9w?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $28.99 | In Stock | 2023-08-01 (may have changed) | | | [DiscountToday](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/iqxEKqbuOF9N45xfefPo/offers/NyilYIwSoumbXR10FIy4?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $31.70 | In Stock | 2023-08-06 (may have changed) | | | [Home Depot](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/iqxEKqbuOF9N45xfefPo/offers/UPz5pcv5YhYWTDs98czx?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $32.25 | In Stock | 2024-11-24 (may have changed) | 90-day returns (in store too) | | [Walmart](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/iqxEKqbuOF9N45xfefPo/offers/nw6jMlPQ8r2WRzdzRBtB?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $32.74 | In Stock | 2023-08-06 (may have changed) | | | [Lowe's](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/iqxEKqbuOF9N45xfefPo/offers/VK5vCsVx6VPX97DSBkaS?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $35.99 | In Stock | 2024-11-24 (may have changed) | 90-day returns (in store too) | | [Pool Cover Center](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/iqxEKqbuOF9N45xfefPo/offers/TVbQ6wMgWaIGkin7lekn?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $36.98 | In Stock | 2024-11-24 (may have changed) | | | [Wholesale Pool Covers](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/iqxEKqbuOF9N45xfefPo/offers/riqhTjC8IC40CBUI54bA?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $36.98 | In Stock | 2024-11-24 (may have changed) | | | [US Mall](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/iqxEKqbuOF9N45xfefPo/offers/kP4KWCfoePbyozeFLwDD?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $39.99 | In Stock | 2022-11-29 (may have changed) | | | [US Mall](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/iqxEKqbuOF9N45xfefPo/offers/R7r8RRm2Wibd52qiarK1?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $39.99 | In Stock | 2022-10-29 (may have changed) | | | [SelectBeautyShop](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/iqxEKqbuOF9N45xfefPo/offers/RVBFvWhTJSf2ohpPUFCn?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $41.95 | In Stock | 2023-08-06 (may have changed) | | | [Hawkins Woodshop](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/iqxEKqbuOF9N45xfefPo/offers/6982652f-8faf-4230-fb83-88a1ce60b029?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $46.98 | In Stock | 2024-11-24 (may have changed) | | | [Bonanza](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/iqxEKqbuOF9N45xfefPo/offers/tqDp9b6tWBxGGH0bZwV2?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $67.99 | In Stock | 2023-08-01 (may have changed) | | *Store terms are each retailer's standard return and shipping policy from ShopSavvy's retailer research; some products and categories differ, so check with the store before buying.* [See every retailer and the full price history on ShopSavvy](https://shopsavvy.com/products/pool-mate-stabilizer-and-conditioner-7-lb) --- *About this page: ShopSavvy compares prices across thousands of retailers, aggregates expert and user reviews, and tracks price history to help you make informed buying decisions.
