## Pros
- The 6.5-inch outer and 8-inch inner OLED displays are bright, smooth 120Hz panels, with the cover screen offering a genuinely phone-like experience when folded.
- Thinner bezels, a flatter inner screen, smaller camera bump, smoother hinge, and 19g weight reduction make the design more polished than the previous generation.
- 16GB of RAM keeps apps active and makes switching between screens and multitasking feel especially smooth.
- Pixel’s camera system is among the strongest on a foldable, with detailed photos, solid low-light results, full-resolution RAW capture, manual controls, and a useful 5x telephoto lens.
- Android 17, Gemini features, improved voice-to-text, split-screen tools, and seven years of updates provide a clean and productive software experience.
- IP68 dust and water resistance is a standout advantage, while the ceramic outer display and composite back add reassuring protection.
- Pixelsnap supports magnetic accessories and Qi2.2 wireless charging, making wireless charging and mounting unusually convenient for a foldable.
- The Tensor G6 stays relatively cool during extended use, and the side-mounted fingerprint reader is quick and practical.
- The inner screen works well for reading, email, social media, and multitasking.

## Cons
- The inner display crease remains clearly visible, and the panel is dimmer and less vibrant than the outer screen.
- At 239g, it is lighter than its predecessor but still thicker and heavier than Samsung’s newest foldables.
- Tensor G6 handles everyday tasks smoothly but trails Snapdragon-powered rivals in gaming, benchmarks, and graphics features such as ray tracing.
- Battery life generally lasts a day with around 5–6 hours of screen-on time, but intensive 5G use can drain it quickly and two-day endurance is unrealistic.
- Charging is slow by current flagship standards, with a full wired charge taking close to two hours despite 30W support.
- Camera quality is excellent overall but not class-leading in every area: low-light telephoto and ultra-wide shots soften, hybrid zoom is limited, and video tops out at 4K without advanced options such as Log or 4K/120fps.
- The asymmetrical shape, squared corners, and uneven thickness may look unconventional rather than sleek.
- HiLight and some foldable camera features feel more gimmicky or unfinished than essential.
- Owners of the previous Pixel Fold may find the unchanged cameras, displays, and overall formula too familiar to justify upgrading.
- Samsung offers more flexible desktop-style window management, while the nearly square inner screen is less suited to widescreen video.
