# Paper Mate InkJoy Gel Pens Set *Published: 2025-08-27 | Updated: 2025-08-27 | Source: https://shopsavvy.com/products/paper-mate-inkjoy-gel-pens-set* --- **Brand:** Paper Mate **Price Range:** $3.95 - $84.95 across 148 retailers ## Pros - Beautiful, bright colors enhance the writing experience and are fun and enjoyable to use. - Amazingly smooth writing performance, ideal for left-handed users due to quick-drying ink that prevents smudging. - Soft grip provides comfort during extended use without causing finger fatigue. - Versatile for various uses such as teaching, office work, birthday cards, and note-taking. - Offers a great variety of colors and is highly recommended based on positive experiences. - Pleasingly vivid colors that perform well on various paper types, with minimal bleeding. - Excellent value compared to local retailers. ## Cons - One pen exploded, leaking ink onto clothing and raising concerns about reliability. - Pens can be unreliable as ink runs out quickly, especially with heavy usage; may last only 2-3 weeks with continuous writing. - Some pens may have slower ink delivery and minor inconsistencies in performance. - A few colors appear similar or repetitive, and there is a suggestion for a more cohesive color spectrum. - Lack of a recycling program or refillable ink options. ## Specifications | Attribute | Value | |-----------|-------| | product_name | Paper Mate InkJoy Gel Pens, Medium Point, Assorted Colors, Set of 14 | | brand | Paper Mate | | point_type | Medium Point | | colors | Assorted | ## Last Seen Prices | Retailer | Price | Availability | Last seen | Store's standard terms | |----------|-------|-------------|-----------|------------------------| | [Bonanza](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/0v8PICfKeR7gXzAGJFRs/offers/RPBNzSVG1hqAMjIv6J2w?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $3.95 | In Stock | 2025-05-12 (may have changed) | | | [Amazon](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/0v8PICfKeR7gXzAGJFRs/offers/818cf2c9-3623-4a90-10f1-d8a768acae86?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $6.59 | In Stock | 2025-05-12 (may have changed) | | | [OfficeSupply.com](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/0v8PICfKeR7gXzAGJFRs/offers/L332FFhn1S861SHi3COk?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $11.62 | In Stock | 2025-05-12 (may have changed) | | | [Michaels -
