# Oral-B Glide Floss Threaders *Published: 2025-01-02 | Updated: 2025-02-14 | Source: https://shopsavvy.com/products/oral-b-glide-floss-threaders* --- **Brand:** Oral-B **Price Range:** $4.67 - $47.25 across 50 retailers ## Pros - Originally, the Glide threader floss was highly effective for tight contacts, permanent retainers, and fixed bridges. - Favored by dental professionals and patients alike for its ease of use. - Allowed easy threading and smooth flossing without snagging or discomfort. - It was a reliable part of many users' self-care routines. ## Cons - Users are frustrated with the discontinuation of the original product, as suitable alternatives are lacking. - The new design is painful to use, with sharp tips that stab gums. - Floss material is weak and resembles a pipe cleaner, breaking easily and causing irritation. - Redesigned packaging raises hygiene concerns, with multiple threaders in one envelope. - New floss shreds easily, getting stuck in dental work, leading to potential dental visits. - Many reviewers note a significant decline in product quality. - The marketing of the new product is seen as misleading compared to the reliable original design. - There are frequent reports of the floss causing discomfort and damage to dental work. - Significant dissatisfaction is expressed, with calls to return to the original formula. - Users have had poor experiences with incorrect substitutes from online orders. ## Specifications | Attribute | Value | |-----------|-------| | productName | Oral-B Glide Pro-Health Threader Floss | | count | 30 Count | |
