**Brand:** Noosa
**Price Range:** $1.89 - $4.15 across 13 retailers

## Pros
- The lemon flavor is highly praised and a favorite among consumers.
- The yogurt has a smooth and sweet lemon curd flavor that complements the yogurt well, without being too sour.
- It boasts a very smooth texture without chunks, which appeals to those who dislike fruit pieces.
- The overall taste evokes a feeling of early summer and has received extraordinary personal ratings from users.
- The single-serve cup size is convenient for on-the-go snacking.

## Cons
- There are suggestions to reduce sugar content to make it a healthier option.
- The high sugar content comprises 46% of the daily value per serving, leading to a feeling of being overly sweet.
- The serving size of 8 oz. could be considered large and may require splitting to avoid excess sugar intake.
- There is a significant issue with 'shrinkflation,' where each cup contains 25-30% less yogurt than expected.
- High saturated fat content, accounting for 40% of the daily value per serving, makes it unsuitable for regular consumption.
