**Brand:** Neutrogena
**Price Range:** $3.71 - $91.61 across 11 retailers

## Pros
- Contains 2% salicylic acid that effectively treats acne, blackheads, and clogged pores.
- Works well for combination and oily skin types without overly drying the skin.
- Can double as a scrub and a mask, with improved results when left on for 15 minutes as a mask.
- Gentle exfoliation with a granulated scrub texture that removes dead skin and softens skin visibly.
- Pleasant pink grapefruit scent, less offensive than many other acne products.
- Does not bleach clothes or bedding like benzoyl peroxide products.
- Creates a rich, gentle foam when used with water, leaving skin feeling clean and refreshed.
- Helps prevent breakouts while controlling oil and minimizing the appearance of pores.
- Suitable for daily use, providing reliable and consistent acne control.
- Feels gentler than scrubs with harsher walnut extracts and is less abrasive overall.

## Cons
- Comes in a smaller size than some users expect, which can feel less economical.
- May be too rough or drying for very sensitive or extremely dry skin without proper moisturization.
- Users caution against combining with multiple acne treatments at once to avoid irritation.
- Some feel the price doesn’t quite match the volume or similar products found elsewhere.
- Not a miracle cure—results are steady but not dramatically better than other acne washes.
