# Nespresso Creatista Plus *Published: 2026-01-29 | Updated: 2026-01-29 | Source: https://shopsavvy.com/products/nespresso-creatista-plus* --- **Brand:** Breville-Creatista **Price Range:** $19 - $136486 across 78 retailers ## Price History - Lowest new price we recorded at major retailers (Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, Target, The Home Depot and Lowes) in the last 90 days: $389.00 at Amazon on Aug 17, 2026. - Range over the last 12 months: $389.00 (Amazon, Aug 17, 2026) to $599.95 (Best Buy, Jul 10, 2026). - Based on 9 recorded prices since Nov 14, 2025 for offers sold by these retailers themselves (not marketplace sellers). Summary as of Oct 13, 2026. ## Pros - The digital display clearly shows the drink being made and guides users through maintenance, making operation straightforward. - Compared to simpler Nespresso models, this machine offers greater drink variety and usability. - The brushed stainless steel finish and build quality feel premium and sleek, fitting well in modern kitchens. - The user interface and touchscreen controls are intuitive and well-designed. - The integrated steam wand produces richer, more textured steamed milk than separate frothers, allowing customization of microfoam and foam ratios. - Cleaning the steam wand and pitcher is quicker and easier than with standalone frothers, enabling faster preparation of multiple milk drinks. - The one-touch milk frothing function is smooth and convenient when it works properly. - It outperforms traditional superautomatics and Nespresso machines paired with separate milk frothers, making it the best Nespresso option for milk-based coffee drinks. ## Cons - The milk frother often requires fine-tuning and can need running twice to achieve fluffy froth, which can be frustrating. - Espresso temperature is consistently low (around 80-82°F), resulting in weaker flavor and thinner crema compared to other Nespresso lines. - There are frequent steam wand issues, including premature stopping with an "Attach wand tip" error, despite the tip being properly attached. - Steam wand problems often persist after troubleshooting, and the wand tends to develop faults around one year of use. - The machine’s durability is disappointing; it breaks down easily and often requires repairs or replacements after warranty ends, with customer service generally unhelpful. - The steam nozzle can cause messes on countertops during steam purging, and water accumulation near the wand is considered “normal” by support. - Milk frothing pitcher’s minimum volume can cause overflow when combined with espresso shots, meaning some advertised cup sizes aren’t compatible. - The selector knob could be larger or have better grip, affecting comfort during use. - Coffee quality, particularly crema and consistency, is inferior to previous Nespresso or other espresso machines users have owned. - The large plug design pushes the machine away from the wall, taking up more counter space and sometimes detracting from kitchen aesthetics. - Customer support sometimes requires inconvenient steps like phone calls for profile updates and often suggests buying a new machine instead of repairing out of warranty. ## About This Product single serve
