## Pros

- Ideal preparation includes simmering in sauce for at least 5 minutes.
- Successfully pairs with a rich sauce made from heavy cream, parmesan cheese, lemon juice, and butter.
- Considered the best noodle alternative by those who've tried many others.
- Texture is similar to Angel Hair Pasta and can be mistaken for actual pasta when prepared correctly.
- Generous serving size, with two servings per package.
- Enjoyable flavor when added to jarred spaghetti sauce.

## Cons
- Overpowering smell that may be off-putting.
- Texture described as strange and unappealing by some.

- Lacks discernible taste, which may not appeal to all users.
- Concerns about the relatively high cost and low nutritional value.
