## Pros
- The cookies offer a higher quality and more enjoyable treat compared to typical candies, making them a standout choice for Halloween or casual snacking.
- Both adults and kids find the flavor enjoyable, with the chocolate and hazelnut combination praised for being decadent and delicious.
- The hazelnut adds a pleasant texture, enhanced by a light sprinkle of nuts on top, creating a perfect balance of flavors.
- Individually wrapped squares provide convenient portion control and make sharing easy, especially in settings like Airbnb or short-term rentals where guests appreciate a tasty welcome treat.
- The cookies are described as fresh, very tasty, and addictive, encouraging many to reorder after trying them.
- Their small size makes them ideal for a quick, satisfying sweet bite.

## Cons
- Some find the cookies to be extremely dry and lacking in flavor, disappointing compared to their expectations.
- A few describe the hazelnut taste as strange or unpleasant, reminding them of low-quality nut products.
- The cookies do not always taste like traditional butter cookies, which may be off-putting for those anticipating that experience.
- There is a suggestion that improper storage could negatively impact the taste.
