## Pros
- McCormick black pepper's fine ground consistency is favored for many dishes.
- Price competitiveness can sway brand loyalty, with many considering McCormick if similarly priced to alternatives.

## Cons
- The new lid design is universally disliked, often leading to spills and wasted product.
- The container's design makes it prone to tipping over, causing further pepper spillage.
- Users describe the pepper's consistency as dust-like, which clogs the container and affects sealing.
- Many have expressed a long-standing frustration with the design, citing over three years of complaints.
- Alternatives with better packaging, like those in metal cans, are preferred by dissatisfied customers.
