**Brand:** LUCID
**Price Range:** $790 - $800 across 2 retailers

## Pros
- Superior functionality compared to similar systems, including the ability to pair two twin XL bases with a single remote for coordinated control.
- Easy and quick assembly with no tools required; overall setup takes about 10–15 minutes for two people, though flipping the heavy base demands care.
- Sturdy, well-manufactured design with fabric-covered crossbars and high-quality Okin motors providing smooth, quiet, and durable operation.
- Remote control features backlit buttons, memory presets, head and foot incline adjustments, massage modes with multi-strength settings, antisnore, and USB ports for device charging.
- Companion app with Bluetooth connectivity supports intuitive phone control and voice commands via Siri, with Alexa compatibility coming soon.
- Under-bed lighting is practical for nighttime navigation and adds to the overall convenience and usability.
- Adjustable positions improve sleep comfort, body flexibility, and can alleviate chronic neck and back pain, enhancing physical well-being over time.
- Excellent 10-year limited warranty and highly responsive, friendly customer service that treats customers like family and provides hassle-free support.
- Supports a high weight limit (up to 750 pounds), making it suitable for heavier users without compromising stability.
- Works seamlessly with Lucid mattresses and offers luxurious comfort for relaxation, reading, watching TV, or nursing.

## Cons
- Despite backlighting, buttons on the remote only light up when pressed, making it difficult to find them in complete darkness.
- Massage control requires cycling through strengths by repeatedly pressing head or foot massage buttons, lacking a dedicated strength adjustment button—some users find this inconvenient.
- The foot incline adjustment initially made noise but settled after some use.
- Flipping the base upright after assembly is heavier and more challenging than suggested, ideally requiring 2–3 people instead of 1–2.
- Some users would prefer a preset zero gravity position for enhanced comfort, which is not included.
- Optimal head elevation may require pillow adjustments for perfect alignment when elevated with the base.
- Careful management of wiring is necessary to maintain under-bed clearance and look tidy.
