- Beneficial for very sensitive skin; improves cleanliness and freshness, maintaining PH balance and preventing UTIs and yeast infections.
- Excellent trustworthiness, with users remaining loyal for over 3.5 years and finding it life-changing for personal hygiene confidence.
- Test strips show the cleanser is effective and safe, passing pH balancing requirements.

## Cons
- Recent formula changes have negatively impacted performance, making the product drying with an off-putting smell.
- Users prefer the original, more moisturizing off-white formula over the current drying white formula.
- The consistency of the product varies between bottles, sometimes requiring more product to achieve desired results.
- Does not lather well, leading to quicker usage compared to other similar products.
- The product price is considered overpriced by some users, especially given the recent quality inconsistencies.
