## Cons
- Some users report that the extra function keys don’t work intuitively without consulting the manual.
- Initial setup might require restarting your computer and battery tweaking to get it working properly.
- Keyboard feels lighter and cheaper than other Logitech products, making the build quality seem less premium.
- The mouse is small and might be uncomfortable for users who prefer larger mice.
- Serious reliability concerns: multiple reviews describe the keyboard and mouse wireless connection failing intermittently after about 5-6 months of use.
- Troubleshooting steps such as relocating the USB receiver or updating drivers often don’t fix connectivity problems.
- Customer support reportedly offers slow, difficult warranty service, with demands for proof of purchase and delayed responses.
- Replacement units tend to fail as well after a few months, indicating a possible design or quality control issue.
- Some users have faced outright refusal of warranty replacements despite ongoing problems.
- Overall, there are widespread complaints about Logitech not adequately addressing these recurring issues for this product line.
