**Brand:** LG
**Price Range:** $609.89 - $2299.99 across 5 retailers

## Pros
- The picture quality is exceptionally detailed and vivid, with bright, lifelike colors and excellent brightness.
- AI Super Upscaling makes older and lower-resolution content appear sharp and highly detailed.
- New HDR 4K content looks impressive in both color reproduction and sound clarity.
- The TV offers an immersive experience on its massive 86-inch screen, great for movies, sports, and gaming.
- User interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, with well-written instructions.
- Comes with a sturdy, easy-to-assemble, and versatile stand that can fit narrower surfaces.
- Includes helpful features like Filmmaker Mode and Wow Orchestra sound enhancements.
- Alexa voice assistant is built-in, adding smart home convenience.
- Energy consumption is relatively low compared to older models.
- The packaging is thoughtfully designed for easier access to ports.

## Cons
- The TV’s extremely thin backside raises concerns about durability and the potential for damage.
- Picture adjustment via AI can be unconventional and difficult to fine-tune to personal preferences.
- When viewed from certain side angles, the thin design may appear warped or distorted.
- The mute function is poorly implemented: no quick mute button press, requiring holding volume down, or complicated voice commands via Alexa.
- Alexa voice muting is unreliable and sometimes requires multiple attempts.
- The remote control’s mute symbol is misleading since pressing volume buttons does not mute the TV.
- The accompanying phone app demands a paid subscription and complicated setup for muting control.
- Customer support and return/refund policies appear confusing and unsatisfactory for some users.
- Some users feel LG’s design decisions do not align well with practical needs, especially for sports fans who want quick muting options.
- Wall mounting the large TV may require help and some practical skill.
