# iPad Air with M3 chip 256GB *Published: 2025-12-26 | Updated: 2025-12-26 | Source: https://shopsavvy.com/products/ipad-air-with-m3-chip-256gb* --- **Brand:** Apple **Price Range:** $450 - $899.99 across 40 retailers ## Pros - The M3 chip delivers blazing-fast performance, opening apps instantly and providing a significant upgrade over previous iPad Air models. - The Liquid Retina Display offers stunning clarity, vibrant colors, and excellent brightness, ideal for work and entertainment like streaming Netflix. - Lightweight and portable design makes it easy to carry and perfect for travel, striking a balance between phone and laptop size. - USB-C port replaces the older Lightning connector, adding convenience and compatibility with modern accessories. - Battery life lasts all day, complemented by a fast-charging adapter included in the box. - Setup is quick and simple, especially for users already in the Apple ecosystem, with smooth transition from an iPhone. - Touch ID offers an easy and secure way to unlock the device, though occasional recognition issues may occur. - The improved audio volume enhances experiences like audiobook listening and media playback. - Reliable and trouble-free performance over several months, making it a solid investment for basic users who want premium Apple quality. - Versatile for various uses including gaming, business (like POS systems), and casual browsing without hiccups. ## Cons - The device does not support older earbud connectors, requiring users to purchase new accessories or adapters. - Some users report occasional Touch ID recognition hiccups, which might be frustrating but can sometimes be user-related. - While the iPad Air is excellent for many tasks, it lacks some pro-level features found in higher-end iPad Pro models, such as the higher refresh rate display or advanced camera systems. - Users needing extensive multitasking or specialized professional software might find it less capable compared to the iPad Pro line. ## Specifications | Attribute | Value | |-----------|-------| | Product Dimensions | ‎9.74 x 7.02 x 0.24 inches | | Item Weight | ‎1.01 pounds | | Manufacturer | ‎Apple
