- The device is lightweight compared to similar-sized models like the Samsung A8, making it portable and easy to handle.
- Screen quality is generally praised as good to excellent, enhancing media consumption and general use.
- When functioning correctly, response times are fast about 65-70% of the time, delivering smooth performance.
- The overall build quality meets expectations with minor cosmetic scratches, indicating good condition.
- The device has a modern look with a visually appealing design.
- The refurbished units have been checked thoroughly and show no major imperfections.
- Some users find the device easy to set up and appreciate the quick startup times.
- The device is compatible with the latest iPadOS, ensuring current features and security updates.

## Cons

- Experiences of system lag, occasional lock-ups, and sometimes incomplete tasks point to minor performance issues.
- Some refurbished units have minor quality control flaws, including cosmetic scratches and lengthy delays in system response.
- Accessories provided include 4 USB-C chargers but only 3 USB-C to Lightning cables, with quality issues like paint or powder coming off the cable.
- There are reports of functionally problematic units, like dead batteries or devices that can’t hold a charge.
- Notable seller issues include sending the wrong iPad, unhelpful customer service, and devices that are locked or incompatible, making the purchasing experience risky.
- Claimed unlocks or carrier compatibility can be misleading; some devices only work on specific networks.
- Several buyers encountered devices locked with school or carrier accounts, making them unusable without support, which rejected Apple support in some cases.
- The risk of receiving incorrect or locked devices makes purchasing from certain third-party sellers a gamble.
- The device’s occasional lag and slow response can be frustrating for users needing consistent performance.
