**Brand:** Honeywell
**Price Range:** $39 - $106.53 across 16 retailers

## Pros
- Simple, user-friendly design makes it very easy to operate and assemble.
- Large water tank capacity (lasting about a day) reduces frequent refills, great for overnight use.
- Multiple speed settings and quiet operation make it bedroom-friendly without disruptive noise.
- Transparent water level indicator with a dimmable light adds convenience for monitoring water.
- Convenient carrying handle simplifies refilling at the sink.
- Compact, attractive cylindrical design fits well on night tables or small spaces.
- Effectively raises indoor humidity, noticeably easing dryness in throat and mouth.
- Easy to clean with simple maintenance steps, including weekly vinegar soaks to prevent buildup.
- Durable build quality encouraged some users to buy a second unit for other rooms.
- Produces a pleasant, fine mist and generally good moisture control.

## Cons
- Produces fine white dust from mineral deposits, which can settle on furniture and may affect indoor air quality; distilled water is recommended but adds cost.
- Potential for water leakage during use, which may necessitate a waterproof mat or extra sealing efforts.
- Some users experienced motor noise issues after a few months, including loud grinding or rubbing sounds requiring warranty or customer support intervention.
- Lacks a built-in humidity gauge, so an external gauge is needed to avoid excessively high humidity and mold risks.
- Initial dripping water noise reported, though it usually stops after a few hours.
- Cannot be placed directly on the floor due to moisture buildup on surrounding surfaces.
- Requires strict cleaning and monitoring to prevent bacteria, mineral buildup, and condensation issues.
- Running a fan alongside is advised to reduce condensation and keep the area dry on higher speed settings.
